1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any services provided by ViCargo Dispatch Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
ViCargo Dispatch Services provides trucking dispatch services including but not limited to:
- Load finding and freight matching
- Rate negotiation with brokers and shippers
- Paperwork and document management
- Broker communication and support
- ELD and compliance assistance
- 24/7 dispatcher availability
3. Dispatch Fee & Payment
Our dispatch fee is a percentage of the gross load rate, as agreed upon in the service plan selected:
- Standard Plan: 5% per load
- Pro + ELD Plan: 6% per load
Fees are due upon load completion and delivery confirmation. ViCargo reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.
4. Free Trial
New clients may use our dispatch services free for 1 (one) week. The free trial is available to first-time clients only. After the trial period, standard fees apply. ViCargo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Hold valid operating authority (MC number) and maintain proper insurance
- Comply with all applicable federal and state transportation regulations
- Provide accurate information about your equipment and capabilities
- Communicate promptly regarding load acceptance, issues, or changes
- Pay dispatch fees in a timely manner as agreed
6. Independent Contractor
ViCargo acts as a dispatch service only. We are not a carrier, broker, or freight forwarder. The carrier (client) is solely responsible for all transportation services, including cargo safety, regulatory compliance, and delivery performance. ViCargo is not liable for any cargo claims, accidents, delays, or regulatory violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViCargo Dispatch Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use them, including lost profits, cargo loss, or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 7 days written notice. ViCargo reserves the right to immediately terminate service for non-payment, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms. Any outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes but is not limited to broker contacts, rates, and business strategies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
